We are expanding our commercial team and are seeking an ambitious
Sales Executive
with proven experience in the
fit-out, renovation, and interior contracting
sector in the UAE. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a performance-driven environment and wants to earn uncapped commissions by closing high-value projects.
The successful candidate will focus on developing new business opportunities, nurturing long-term client relationships, and converting leads into awarded projects while working closely with internal design, estimation, and delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue residential and commercial fit-out opportunities
Develop relationships with property owners, brokers, consultants, and developers
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations
Coordinate proposals and pricing with technical teams
Drive negotiations through to contract award
Maintain accurate sales pipeline records
Candidate Profile:
Demonstrated sales success within UAE fit-out, renovation, or interiors companies
Strong local network and deal-closing ability
Target-oriented mindset with high energy and professionalism
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
UAE driving license preferred
