This is a full-time on-site role based in Dubai for a Business Development Manager ( Motor Insurance). The role involves identifying and establishing new business opportunities within the motor industry, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth. The candidate will also be responsible for preparing strategic plans, analyzing market trends, and implementing effective marketing strategies. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and achieving sales targets will be integral to the role.
Qualifications
Strong negotiation and communication skills, with proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
Experience in market analysis, creating strategic plans, and executing business development strategies
Knowledge and background in the motor industry is highly preferred
Proficiency in sales techniques and ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Excellent organizational and project management skills to handle multiple priorities
Familiarity with customer acquisition and retention strategies
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively as part of a team.
