Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our Company. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets within UAE.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the courier and logistics sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Present, promote, and sell company services to prospective customers. Achieve monthly sales targets. Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Requirements

Previous experience in courier or logistics industry (Highly preferred). Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving targets. Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory). Excellent communication and client-handling skills. Fluency in English is required.
