We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
Business Development Manager to join our Dubai team.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IT sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build long-term client relationships across the
GCC region.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify, approach, and build relationships with prospective clients
Maintain consistent follow-ups and engagement with existing clients
Lead sales pipeline management and ensure target achievements
Analyze market trends and establish a competitive advantage
Develop and implement a business development strategy focused on revenue and customer satisfaction
Provide trusted after-sales support and client servicing
Lead negotiations and close business deals, including contracts and service agreements
Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional strategies
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
Deliver accurate reporting on sales performance and KPIs
Must-Have Qualifications
:
Minimum
3+ years of experience
in IT sales or related fields
Proven track record in
lead conversion and closing deals
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory
Deep understanding of sales, marketing, and customer behavior in the GCC region.
Strong understanding of
deal closure within an IT services-based company
environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
