Role Summary:
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisitions, build lasting relationships, and expand our presence across Middle East. This role is target-driven, field-based, and ideal for someone with a strong sales mindset and a passion for advertising.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities through networking, research, and cold outreach
Conduct in-person client meetings across Middle East to pitch our services
Maintain accurate and timely records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction and successful onboarding
Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and potential business areas
Support contract negotiations and close deals that align with company objectives.
Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and follow-ups.
Demonstrate consistent professionalism, attention to detail, and strong follow-through.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
