Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented

Business Development Manager

to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and securing projects within the UAE market. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, a proven sales track record, and the ability to convert leads into profitable contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in the UAE market Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and commercial offers Lead negotiations and close deals in line with company objectives Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities Coordinate with estimation, design, procurement, and project teams during bid stages Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and reports Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field

4-6 years of business development or sales experience in the UAE

Strong network within the UAE construction / fit-out / exhibitions industry Proven ability to meet and exceed sales and revenue targets Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Valid UAE driving license

Preferred Skills:

Experience working with government or semi-government entities Knowledge of tendering, pre-qualification, and bidding processes Strategic mindset with strong analytical and commercial acumen
