Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for exhibitor participation, sponsorships, and partnerships
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities aligned with company growth objectives
Manage the complete business development cycle from lead generation to deal closure
Build and maintain long-term relationships with exhibitors, sponsors, and strategic partners
Develop and present clear, value-driven proposals to decision-makers
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support strategic growth planning
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and retention of clients
Report sales performance, pipeline status, and growth opportunities to management
Requirements
Proven experience in business development or B2B sales
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Ability to work independently and meet defined sales targets
Professional communication and presentation skills
Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution
Experience in exhibitions, events, luxury, or jewellery sectors is preferred
