Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

Business Development & Client Relations Manager

with a strong background in

accounting and taxation consulting

to drive growth, generate qualified leads, build long-term client relationships, and close new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding the firm's client base and revenue through strategic sales initiatives and consultative client engagement.

Key Responsibilities



Business Development & Sales



Identify, generate, and qualify new business leads within accounting, taxation, and consulting services. Actively meet prospective clients, understand their business needs, and propose tailored solutions. Prepare and deliver professional proposals, presentations, and service offerings. Negotiate terms and

close deals

to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market presence and client portfolio.

Client Relationship Management



Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across accounting, tax, and advisory services. Coordinate with internal accounting and tax teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

Market & Industry Engagement



Represent the company at networking events, business forums, and industry meetings. Monitor market trends, competitors, and regulatory developments to identify new opportunities. Maintain accurate client and pipeline data in CRM systems.

Required Qualifications & Experience



Minimum 5 years of proven experience

in

business development or client relations within an accounting, taxation, or professional services firm

. Strong understanding of: Accounting services Taxation (corporate tax, VAT, compliance) Business advisory and consulting solutions Demonstrated success in

lead generation, client acquisition, and deal closure

. Existing client network is a strong advantage. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
