Identify, develop and manage new business opportunities in manpower supply, outsourcing and recruitment services
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients across various sectors
Prepare and present business proposals, quotations and service agreements
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Conduct client meetings, negotiations and contract closures
Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction
Monitor market trends, competitors and industry developments
Represent the company professionally in meetings, events and networking platforms.
Requirements:
BBA/MBA (Marketing)
Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development
Mandatory experience in Manpower Supply / Outsourcing / Recruitment sector
Strong knowledge of the UAE market and corporate environment
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Target-driven, confident, and professional personality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
