Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities in the UAE fit?out market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and developers.
Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
Oversee proposals, quotations, and tender documentation to ensure accuracy and timely submission.
Coordinate with internal teams to deliver projects aligned with client expectations.
Track sales pipeline, monitor KPIs, and report to senior management.
Requirements
7-9 years of business development experience in the UAE fit?out/interior contracting industry.
Strong knowledge of local market dynamics, tendering processes, and client networks.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
