Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven

Business Development Manager

with hands-on experience in UAE's interior fit-out industry. The ideal candidate must have strong sales skills, the ability to conduct site visits, take accurate measurements, and close interior fit-out and renovation projects. This role requires excellent client handling, coordination with internal teams, and consistent achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Generate qualified leads and close sales for interior fit-out and renovation projects Conduct site visits, take precise measurements, and assess site conditions Coordinate with design, estimation, and execution teams to ensure accurate proposals Prepare, present, and follow up on quotations and project proposals Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Understand client requirements and recommend suitable fit-out solutions Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and property managers Ensure smooth project handover from sales to execution teams Maintain CRM records and submit regular sales reports

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out or interior contracting sales Mandatory experience in site visits and taking measurements Ability to read and understand drawings, layouts, and basic BOQs Proven track record of closing projects Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills UAE driving license preferred
