Key Responsibilities
Build and manage strong relationships with channel partners to drive sales performance
Onboard and train brokers to improve product knowledge and sales effectiveness
Analyze sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and prepare forecasts
Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Resolve partner issues and ensure target achievement
Evaluate partner performance and provide actionable feedback
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
Excellent communication, analytical, and relationship-management skills
Driver's License
