Business Development Manager

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Dubai real estate market. Source properties for
sale and rent
. Develop and execute business development strategies to support company growth. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure BD initiatives align with company goals. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities. Support the acquisition of properties or buildings for management.Requirements
1-2 years
of experience in real estate business development or sales. Strong understanding of theDubai real estate market
. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong client relationship-building and stakeholder management skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented. Able to work independently and within a team. Computer proficiency. Fluent inEnglish
(additional language is an advantage). Must have acar and valid UAE driving license
