White Monde is seeking an experienced and results-driven
Business Development Manager (BDM)
to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and increasing the company's market presence in construction / fit-out / contracting projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in interior fit-out projects.
Generate leads through client meetings, networking, and market research.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and tender documents in coordination with technical teams.
Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company targets.
Track market trends, competitors, and upcoming projects.
Coordinate with estimation, projects, and operations teams for successful bid submission.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
4-8 years of UAE experience in business development (construction / fit-out preferred).
Strong network with clients, consultants, and developers in the UAE.
Proven track record in lead generation and deal closure.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Valid UAE driving license.
