We are seeking an experienced and results-driven
Business Development Manager
to generate sales and client acquisition within theCommercial Interior Fit-Out industry
. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge acrossCommercial Offices, Retail, F&B, Hospitality, and Healthcare sectors
, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key client accounts in the UAE.Ideal Candidate Profile:
Minimum 5 years of proven experience
inBusiness Development or Sales
within theinterior fit-out industry
in the UAE. Strong portfolio and established client network withinCommercial Offices, Retail, F&B, Hospitality, and Healthcare
sectors. Excellent knowledge of UAE market dynamics, commercial business districts, key stakeholders, project cycles, and tendering processes. Strong network with Interior Design Companies, Project Management Companies, Commercial Real Estate firms, Property Agents, Building Managements & Retail and F&B Operators. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently. Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.Valid UAE Driving License
