Key Responsibilities
Drive Sales: Identify, pursue, and secure new, large-scale commercial, HOA, and high-end residential contracts for landscape installation, maintenance, and hardscape construction.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including property managers, developers, general contractors, and architects.
Proposal Management: Collaborate with the estimating and design teams to create winning proposals, bids, and presentations, and negotiate contract terms to close deals.
Pipeline Management: Utilize the CRM system ([Name of CRM, e.g., Salesforce]) to track all sales activities, pipeline status, and accurately forecast revenue.
Market Strategy: Conduct research to stay current on market trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities for expansion.
Required Qualifications
8 to 10 years of successful sales or business development experience specifically within the landscaping, hardscaping, or related contracting/construction industry.
UAE Experience is must.
Strong understanding of the landscape project lifecycle
Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and verbal/written communication skills.
MBA in Sales and Marketing
