The Business Development Manager will be responsible for expanding Pro Intelligence's presence Inside/outside the UAE by identifying, engaging, and onboarding international research agencies, consulting firms, and corporate clients. This role focuses on lead generation, outreach, partnership building, and securing fieldwork projects across GCC & MENA.
Key Responsibilities
Identify international market research agencies, consulting firms, and brands needing GCC fieldwork support.
Initiate outreach through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and industry directories.
Present Pro Intelligence's capabilities, methodology, and regional strengths.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and capability decks.
Schedule meetings between prospects and the company director.
Maintain CRM and follow up with all potential clients.
Build long-term partnerships and ensure recurring projects.
Attend online MR events to build network.
Coordinate with internal PMs for project requirements and pricing.
Required Skills
Excellent English (written & spoken)
Strong communication and sales skills
Knowledge of market research processes (added advantage)
Experience with LinkedIn outreach & international communication
Organized, persistent, and good with follow-ups

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
