Business Development Manager - Maison de Nova*
Industry: Luxury Interior Design + Fit-out + Real Estate
Location: Dubai
Reporting to: Founder & CEO
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new clients for Interior Design, Fit-out, and Real Estate.
- Manage full sales cycle from lead to signed contract.
- Prepare and present proposals, BOQs, and presentations.
- Negotiate project terms and close high value contracts.
- Build partnerships with developers, brokers, and VIP clients.
- Attend industry events and expand the company network.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, site, finance).
- Provide weekly sales and pipeline reports.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in Interior Design or Fit-out sales.
- Proven record closing 1M-10M AED projects.
- Strong network in Dubai luxury market.
- Excellent English, Arabic/French is a plus.
- Professional appearance and presentation skills.
- Strong follow up and negotiation abilities.
