Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities in interior design and fit-out.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, designers, real estate agencies, and contractors.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and project pitches.
Follow up on leads, attend site visits, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Work closely with the design and operations team to ensure smooth project execution.
Represent the company professionally in meetings and networking events.
Requirements
Minimum
3-5 years of BDM experience
in interior design, renovation, or fit-out.
Strong network within the UAE (real estate, consultants, designers, property developers).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand design concepts, BOQs, and project scopes.
Valid UAE driving license preferred.
Energetic, target-driven, and professional.
