We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented
Business Development Manager
for our client. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth across commercial, corporate, retail, and hospitality sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue potential clients and project opportunities through networking, referrals, and research.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, architects, and real estate professionals.
Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams for proposal preparation and submission.
Present company capabilities, negotiate terms, and support deal closure.
Track leads, maintain CRM data, and report sales progress to management.
Represent the organization at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum
5 years of experience
in business development or sales within
interior fit-out, construction, or project management
sectors.
Proven success in client acquisition and project bidding.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong market awareness and relationship-building ability.
Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
