Key Responsibilities



Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in local and international markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including distributors, workshops, and retailers. Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, and digital marketing activities. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and strategic plans to management. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote company products.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred). Minimum

2-5 years of experience

in

sales, marketing, or business development

within the

auto spare parts

or

automotive industry

. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing and sales strategies. Goal-driven, organized, and able to work independently.
