Identify and develop new business opportunities within the UAE real estate sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and partners.
Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and successfully close business deals.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and project delivery.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Requirements:
Minimum
3-4 years of proven experience
as a
Business Development Manager
in the
UAE real estate industry
.
Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
Ability to travel within the UAE as required.
