Awj Tech is seeking motivated and experienced IT Sales Executives based in UAE to promote our Cybersecurity, and IT Software solutions and services. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about technology, business development, and achieving measurable sales results.
You will work closely with business owners and decision-makers to help them improve efficiency, security, and growth through AI Powered digital transformation journeys.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify B2B leads within the UAE market for AI-based Business solutions and Cybersecurity solutions.
Present and demonstrate product value to business clients and decision-makers.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure and client follow-up.
Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales activity records using CRM tools.
Requirements
Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years of corporate or B2B sales experience in IT or software industry preferred.
Location:
Must be currently residing in Dubai/UAE with a valid UAE residency.
Education:
Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing) in Business, Technology, IT, or a related field.
Mindset:
Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working on a commission-based structure.
Skills:
Excellent English communication and presentation skills. Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
Work Style:
Organized, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Compensation
This is a fixed pay along with commission-based position. Further details of remuneration will be discussed with selected candidates.
