Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Business Growth & Sales Strategy

Develop and implement a sales and business development strategy to achieve revenue targets. Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities within commercial, retail, hospitality, and residential sectors. Analyze market trends, competitors, and client needs to position the company competitively.

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, architects, and project management firms. Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry functions to enhance brand visibility. Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle and drive repeat business.

Lead Generation & Pipeline Management

Generate qualified leads through research, cold calls, referrals, and partnerships. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and regularly update CRM systems with leads, opportunities, and progress. Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.

Coordination & Collaboration

Work closely with the design, estimation, and project teams to ensure client requirements are accurately captured and delivered. Support tender submissions, proposal development, and contract negotiations. Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management.

Qualifications & Experience



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. Minimum

5-8 years

of proven business development experience in the

fitout, construction, or interiors industry

. Strong network and understanding of stakeholders in the

UAE / GCC (or relevant market)

interiors and contracting sectors. Demonstrated ability to develop strategies that achieve measurable results. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

SALARY+GOOD COMMISION WILL BE PROVIDED

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,500.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
