As OneBullEx continues its rapid expansion, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to accelerate ecosystem growth -- driving user acquisition, trading volume, and long-term engagement through strategic relationships with KOLs, communities, and ecosystem partners.


Role Summary





You will take ownership of developing, managing, and scaling the OneBullEx partnership ecosystem -- spanning KOLs, influencers, trading communities, affiliates, and institutional or project partners.



Your goal: grow the network, increase platform visibility, and drive measurable trading activity and retention.


Key Responsibilities




Ecosystem Growth: Design and execute strategies to expand OneBullEx's footprint across the crypto ecosystem, focusing on traders, KOLs, communities, and project collaborations. Partnership Management: Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with KOLs, influencers, trading communities, and affiliates to generate sustained user growth and trading volume. Campaign Execution: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to launch campaigns -- such as influencer-led trading challenges, AMAs, or referral promotions -- that amplify brand reach and user activity. Performance Analytics: Track and optimise metrics including new user sign-ups, first-time deposits (FTDs), trading volume per partner, ROI, and partner engagement. Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with marketing, operations, and data teams to ensure partnership campaigns align with broader growth goals and exchange incentives. Market Awareness: Stay informed about trends in influencer marketing, trading community dynamics, and competitive partnership models across the crypto landscape. Community Integration: Support creation of a connected and engaged OneBullEx ecosystem by linking users, KOLs, and affiliate networks through joint initiatives and consistent brand presence. Lifecycle Ownership: Manage the entire partner journey -- from outreach to deal structuring, onboarding, activation, performance tracking, and long-term relationship management.

Required Qualifications & Skills




3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or growth roles in a crypto exchange environment Strong understanding of crypto trading (spot, futures, derivatives) and user acquisition mechanics. Proven ability to build and scale partnership ecosystems -- including KOL networks, influencer collaborations, and community engagement. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to balance creativity and data-driven execution. Analytical mindset -- comfortable working with metrics like conversion, trading volume, and ROI. Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, high-growth environment and can execute with minimal supervision. Demonstrated understanding of crypto user behaviour and trading communities.

Preferred Qualifications




Prior experience in growth or BD roles at top-tier crypto exchanges or ecosystem-driven blockchain projects. Existing network of KOLs, influencers, or trading communities within the crypto space. Proven track record of delivering measurable results -- i.e. driving user acquisition, FTDs, or trading volume through partnership channels. Experience designing and managing incentive structures (affiliate programs, volume-based rewards, tiered partnership systems). Familiarity with crypto marketing trends and compliance guidelines.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)




Growth in number and quality of ecosystem partners (KOLs, affiliates, communities). Number of new users and traders driven by partnership channels. Increase in trading volume, active traders, and user retention from partner sources. Efficiency metrics -- e.g. cost per acquisition (CPA), cost per trading volume. Partner ROI, engagement rate, and conversion of community members to active users. Strength and sustainability of the partnership ecosystem over time.
