About the Role:


We are seeking a motivated and results-driven

Sales Executive

with proven experience in

interior fit-out projects

, particularly within

commercial spaces, restaurants, and hotels

.
The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the industry, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of the project sales cycle -- from lead generation to contract closing.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and develop new business opportunities in the

commercial, hospitality, and F&B sectors

. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors. Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations and proposals. Coordinate with design and project teams to ensure smooth project handover. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and client needs.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field.

3-5 years of sales experience

in

interior fit-out

, focusing on

commercial, restaurant, or hotel projects

. Strong understanding of fit-out materials, design, and project processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
