In this pivotal role, you will drive
new market expansion
and growth across the region. As a key part of our Middle East Commercial Team, you will build partnerships, open new channels and bring structure to new market launches -- guiding them from concept to commercial success.
We are looking for a true
deal-maker and relationship builder
: someone who thrives on meeting new people, negotiating win-win outcomes and navigating complex, multicultural environments. You will partner closely with internal teams including Commercial, Supply Chain, brands -- to make new markets thrive, balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution.
About You

About You:
You will be a self-starter, who has proven experience in both working autonomously and within teams.
You will have strong commercial experience in the Middle East -- ideally in beauty, retail, or FMCG.
You will have an entrepreneurial mindset and be able to demonstrate where you have used this.
Strong financial and commercial acumen.
Excellent negotiation, agility and problem-solving skills
Comfort working across cultures and functions
Arabic is not essential but always a plus.
