IT department

and looking for a motivated and results-driven

Business Development Manager

to join our team in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving growth in the technology sector.

Our IT division is rapidly expanding, and we are providing services such as

Odoo ERP implementation and customization, branding & identity, website development, and app development

. The right candidate will play a key role in taking these services to market and securing long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities across our IT service lines Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business Drive the full sales cycle: lead generation, prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and contracts tailored to client needs Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Collaborate with internal teams (technical, marketing, and project management) to ensure smooth project execution Monitor market trends and competitor activities and provide input for strategic growth initiatives
Requirements

Minimum of

4 years of proven experience

in Business Development or Sales Strong

track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

Experience in

IT sales / technology industry

will be a strong advantage Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to work independently as well as within a team Ability to travel when required (short-term assignments of 1-2 weeks, including support for expansion into KSA in 2026) Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
