The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth by offering customized outdoor advertising solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue Generation:
Drive sales for outdoor advertising spaces such as billboards, transit media, digital OOH, kiosks, hoardings, etc.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
Client Acquisition & Retention:
Identify potential clients (brands, media agencies, corporates) and pitch relevant OOH media solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Market Research & Lead Generation:
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, events, and referrals.
Proposal Development & Negotiation:
Develop compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with win-win outcomes.
Campaign Execution Coordination:
Work with internal operations and creative teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and timely delivery.
Ensure campaign monitoring, reporting, and client feedback collection.
Reporting & Analysis:
Maintain CRM records of sales activities, client communications, and pipeline updates.
Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
4+ years of experience in OOH media sales / outdoor advertising.
Strong knowledge of outdoor media formats, pricing models, and campaign planning.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Existing client network in relevant industries (FMCG, Real Estate, Automobiles, Retail, etc.) is a plus.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and team-oriented.
