Role Overview

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building strong relationships with wholesale and retail partners, and driving sales strategies that align with company brand vision.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in local and international markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale partners, concept stores, and distributors. Develop and implement strategies to expand retail and e-commerce presence. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions. Collaborate with design, marketing, and operations teams to align business goals with brand strategy. Represent company at industry events, exhibitions, and buyer meetings.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar sales/partnership role, ideally in the

fashion or luxury sector

. Strong network of retail and wholesale contacts in the Middle East (experience with Saudi, UAE, and international markets is a plus). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to think strategically and drive measurable growth. Based in Dubai or willing to relocate. Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
