Job Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead the growth initiatives of our Home Health Care services and Clinic operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth while ensuring the highest standards of patient care and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the client base for both home health care and clinic services. Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, insurance companies, corporates, and healthcare partners. Identify and pursue new revenue streams including corporate wellness programs, home nursing, physiotherapy, and specialty clinic services. Collaborate with the operations and clinical teams to design service packages tailored to client and market needs. Drive patient acquisition through marketing initiatives, digital campaigns, and referral networks. Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and regulatory changes to maintain a competitive edge. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and business pitches to prospective partners and clients. Achieve sales and revenue targets set by management. Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on business performance and opportunities.
