Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated
Business Development Manager - Events & Activations
to grow our presence across Dubai. The role focuses on building partnerships with retail outlets (supermarkets, hypermarkets, malls, night markets, restaurants) and driving marketing activations at large-scale events and festivals.
Responsibilities
Identify and onboard new outlets, including supermarkets, malls, night markets, and restaurants.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with outlet managers and event organizers.
Plan, coordinate, and execute brand activations during community events and festivals.
Negotiate agreements with partners to ensure effective return on investment.
Monitor competitor activities and conduct market research to explore new opportunities.
Track performance and prepare regular business development reports.
Requirements
Proven experience in
business development, sales, or marketing
(FMCG, retail, or events preferred).
Strong connections with retailers and event stakeholders in Dubai is a plus.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
UAE driving license preferred.
