As part of our Dubai expansion, we're looking for a

fluent English-speaking Business Development Manager

who's ready to hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities

Convert inbound and database leads quickly and effectively. Proactively grow the UAE client base with outbound activity. Manage accounts, build relationships, and identify upsell opportunities. Consistently hit and exceed monthly KPIs -- results from day one. Collaborate with the Sales Director to refine and scale operations.
Requirements

Fluent in English

- written and spoken. Proven track record in sales or business development (experience in promotional merchandise, marketing services, or B2B sales is an advantage). Confident, self-motivated, and results-driven with strong closing skills. Based in

Dubai/UAE

with an entrepreneurial mindset.
