Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the fit-out and interior contracting market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, architects, project managers, and real estate professionals.
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to meet company sales targets.
Generate a qualified pipeline of leads through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and digital outreach.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and bids in collaboration with the design and estimating team.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to position the company effectively.
Coordinate with internal teams (design, project management, commercial) to ensure client expectations are met.
Maintain CRM records, generate reports, and provide regular updates on sales performance and forecasts.
Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings
Requirements:
Proven experience (3+ years) in business development or sales within the
interior fit-out
, construction, or design & build sector.
Strong network of industry contacts in [commercial / retail / F&B / hospitality] sectors.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong commercial awareness and understanding of fit-out project lifecycles.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field (preferred).
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
