Job Description

This is a full-time role for a Business Development Manager at Policy Bazaar. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for managing and growing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities in

MOTOR INSURANCE,

and closing sales deals. The day-to-day tasks will include prospecting potential clients, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and maintaining a strong understanding of the insurance market in the UAE. This role is located in Dubai.

Responsibilities



5 Years Motor Insurance Experience in the industry.



Preferably having a good database of clients in their portfolio.

Experience working in the UAE insurance market is a must.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 7-8 years' prior industry related business development experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies Focused and goal-oriented
