Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, partnerships, and market research.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
Negotiate and close deals while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored business solutions for clients.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare reports, forecasts, and presentations for management to track progress and business performance.
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of proven experience
as a
Business Development Manager
or in a similar sales and client-facing role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of business development strategies, lead generation, and deal closing.
Ability to work independently, handle multiple projects, and achieve sales targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented personality.
Experience in financial services, payments, or brokerage industries is preferred but not mandatory.
