Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in hard and soft FM services (MEP, HVAC, cleaning, pest control, security, landscaping, etc.)

Lead the full sales cycle: lead generation, cold calling, client meetings, proposal development, and contract negotiation.

Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets.

Prepare and submit bids and tenders for FM contracts, including cost estimation and technical documentation.

Analyze client requirements and tailor FM solutions accordingly.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations.

Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to promote company services.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven track record in securing high-value FM contracts, especially in UAE commercial and public sectors.

Strong understanding of UAE FM market, tendering processes, and compliance standards.

Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

UAE driving license is mandatory.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in both hard and soft FM services.

Familiarity with systems like HVAC, BMS, and fit-out management.

Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage client lifecycle.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
