Responsibilities:
Develop and secure new business opportunities (kitchen mess contracts, bulk orders, catering).
Build and manage client relationships.
Oversee overall workflow with admin and supervisory staff.
Lead a team of 12-16 staff including chefs, helpers, accountant, and supervisors.
Ensure quality, timely delivery, and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
3-5 years' experience in Business Development / F&B / Catering.
Valid UAE Driving License.
Strong leadership, sales, and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of kitchen/catering operations in UAE market.
