Requirements:
Minimum 3/5 Years Experience: Hands-on experience in Business Development and Client Relations in the UAE
Events Industry Expertise: Proven track record with at least 3/5 years in the events industry
Exceptional Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to connect with clients, stakeholders, and partners
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of event planning, execution, and industry trends
Driving License: A valid UAE driving license is mandatory
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth in the UAE
Drive company growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic growth plans, building and maintaining strong client and partner relationships, and leading sales initiatives to increase revenue
Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective sales solutions
Promote the company's products or services to prospective clients
Participate in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholders
Provide continuous, constructive feedback to salespeople
Review sales contracts to ensure they meet legal and corporate guidelines
Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients while creating new partnerships
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless project execution
Interact with clients and respond to important inquiries about the company's products or services
Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities
Represent PRINCE AV at industry events, conferences, and networking platforms
