What You'll Do
Acquire and manage clients, Introducing Brokers (IBs), and affiliates.
Build strong, long-term relationships with fund managers and trading partners.
Expand and manage the firm's
IB network
, ensuring strong performance and partner satisfaction.
Achieve targets for deposits, trading volumes, and active client growth.
Guide clients and IBs through onboarding, trading platforms (MT4/MT5/Web/App), and payment solutions.
Ensure all processes comply with KYC/AML requirements.
Maintain accurate records and monitor IB performance metrics.
What We're Looking For
2-5 years in brokerage / FX / CFD sales or IB management (UAE or GCC experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of trading platforms (MT4/MT5), IB/CMS models, commission structures (CPA, RevShare), and liquidity models (ECN/STP/MM).
Solid understanding of AML/KYC requirements and experience collaborating with compliance teams.
Proven track record of hitting deposit and trading volume targets, and managing IB portfolios.
Languages: English, with or Hindi preferred.
