Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting & Pipeline Generation: Execute a multi-channel outreach strategy with a heavy emphasis on cold calling, email campaigns, social selling (especially LinkedIn), and networking.
  • Full-Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage the entire sales process from initial lead generation and qualification to presentation, negotiation, and closing.
  • Strategic Outreach: Develop and implement creative, non-traditional outreach campaigns to break into target accounts and generate engagement.
  • Market Development: Identify and target new market segments and verticals for our suite of cutting-edge accounting and consultancy services.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers (C-level, Finance Directors, Founders), positioning yourself and the company as a strategic partner.
  • Team Leadership (Future): Demonstrate leadership potential to eventually recruit, train, and manage a team of business development representatives.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • ? Proven Track Record: Demonstrable success in a B2B sales or business development role, preferably within services (e.g., consultancy, SaaS, financial services, agency).
