Role Overview:

We are looking for a

Business Development Manager

with

proven experience in the Dubai real estate and holiday home sector

, specifically in

onboarding and securing properties

for short-term rental management.

Please note: We are specifically seeking professionals with a background in real estate and holiday home operations, especially in signing and onboarding new units.

This is a high-energy, performance-focused role ideal for someone who thrives on achieving targets, enjoys building strong networks, and understands the local property landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and connect with property owners and real estate partners to build and grow our portfolio. Actively network within Dubai's real estate and holiday home market to generate qualified leads. Conduct market research to uncover new opportunities for holiday home rentals. Negotiate and secure agreements with property owners to onboard new short-term rental units. Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with property owners. Serve as the primary point of contact for owner communications and support. Work closely with the management team to structure fair, transparent, and beneficial contracts. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless onboarding, listing, and management of new properties.

What We're Looking For:

Direct experience in Dubai's Real Estate and/or Holiday Home sector

- especially in

signing and on boarding properties

. Strong existing network within the real estate industry in Dubai. A high-energy, target-driven individual with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Available and responsive at all times

- this role requires agility and quick decision-making. Ability to work independently and collaborate in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
