with a proven track record in the
FMCG industry
. The ideal candidate will have
8+ years of experience
in driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and developing business strategies to expand market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement business growth strategies within the FMCG sector.
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market trends.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors.
Achieve sales targets and ensure profitability across assigned markets.
Lead, mentor, and support sales teams to maximize performance.
Conduct competitor analysis and provide insights to strengthen market positioning.
Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure smooth execution of plans.
Requirements:
Minimum
8 years of experience in FMCG sales/business development
.
Strong network and understanding of FMCG distribution channels and market dynamics.
Proven success in achieving sales targets and driving market growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable strategies.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
