Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager to lead our growth initiatives. The role requires strong market knowledge, strategic planning, and proven experience in developing business opportunities within the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities across the UAE.
2. Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive revenue growth.
3. Develop strategies to expand market presence and achieve business targets.
4. Lead negotiations and close high-value deals.
5. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with company goals.
7. Prepare regular reports on business performance and market insights.
Requirements:
1. 7-8 years of proven experience in business development within the UAE market.
2. Strong background in training, consultancy, or related industries preferred.
3. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to lead business initiatives independently and achieve set targets.
3. Valid UAE driving license preferred.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
