We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Interactivv Studios. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving new business growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing high-ticket service sales. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a polished and confident demeanor, and a proven track record in sales and negotiation.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold outreach, networking, and industry research.
Manage the sales pipeline: Qualify leads, conduct effective sales presentations, and manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing.
Build strong client relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs and positioning our services as the solution.
Negotiate and close deals: Utilize strong negotiation and persuasion skills to secure high-ticket contracts and meet or exceed sales targets.
Market expertise: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and market demands to effectively position our services.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Exceptional communication: Must have fluent and polished English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proven sales experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, particularly in high-ticket service sales.
Negotiation prowess: Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex deals and close contracts successfully.
