We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Business Development Manager
to assist in client communication, administrative tasks, and managerial support. The ideal candidate must have excellent
Arabic and English writing skills
and be highly proficient in
Microsoft PowerPoint
, as preparing professional presentations and reports will be a very important part of the role.
Key Responsibilities
Client Communication:
Contact potential clients, follow up on leads, and respond to client inquiries in both Arabic and English.
Presentations & Reporting:
Prepare and design high-quality
PowerPoint presentations
for proposals, client meetings, and internal use.
Managerial Assistance:
Provide direct support to the line manager in project coordination, follow-ups, and report preparation.
Documentation:
Draft letters, emails, and reports professionally in both Arabic and English.
Coordination:
Ensure smooth communication between clients, the line manager, and internal teams.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Fluency in Arabic & English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
(must be able to create visually appealing and professional presentations independently).
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Previous experience in client-facing, admin, or support roles is an advantage.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
