Identify and develop new business opportunities in the interior fit-out sector.
Build and maintain strong client relationships with developers, consultants, contractors, and corporate clients.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Manage the full business development cycle: lead generation, client meetings, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closing deals.
Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure client requirements are met.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in business development, preferably in interior fit-out, construction, or related industries in the UAE.
Strong network of contacts within the UAE real estate, construction, or design sectors.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
