Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in identifying growth opportunities and conducting feasibility studies for new business ideas. This role requires excellent analytical skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to evaluate market trends and business potential.

JOB LOCATION: FUJAIRAH, UAE

QUALIFICATION

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred. Proven experience in business development, market research, and feasibility analysis. Strong analytical and data interpretation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Market Research & Analysis:

Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Analyze market data and insights to inform strategic decisions.

2. Feasibility Studies:

Develop and execute feasibility studies for potential business ventures, assessing resource requirements, financial projections, and return on investment (ROI). Prepare detailed reports to present findings and recommendations to senior management.

3. Business Strategy Development:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create effective business strategies and identify growth opportunities. Define and prioritize business development initiatives aligned with the company's long-term goals.

4. Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance business opportunities. Engage with potential investors and external partners to secure new business deals.

5. Project Management:

Oversee projects from inception to execution, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and adherence to timelines and budgets. Coordinate with various departments to ensure cohesive project delivery and success.

6. Performance Tracking:

Monitor the progress of business initiatives and performances against established metrics. Ensure continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and integrating lessons learned.
