Job Description

We're a fast-growing marketing agency specializing in real estate marketing services like 3D visualization, branding, and digital campaigns. We're looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager with experience in agencies like Pixarch and a strong network in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage new business opportunities within the real estate sector. Pitch and sell marketing solutions (3D renders, walkthroughs, branding, digital marketing, etc.). Build strong relationships with real estate developers and agencies in Dubai. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client requirements. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Understand client needs and tailor strategic marketing solutions accordingly. Prepare and deliver compelling pitches, presentations, proposals, and quotations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus. 4+ years of business development experience in a marketing/creative agency. Proven track record of working with real estate clients in the UAE or GCC. Strong understanding of real estate marketing services such as 3D architectural rendering, video production, and digital campaigns. Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills. Strong network within the Dubai real estate ecosystem is highly preferred. Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player. English and Arabic required.
