Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of experience
in business development
within a real estate DEVELOPER ONLY.
Strong
networking skills
and
industry connections
are essential
In-depth knowledge of
UAE real estate laws

RERA regulations
, and
sales procedures
Fluency in Arabic and English
is mandatory; additional languages are a plus
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and key stakeholders
Develop strategic partnerships and expand the company's client base
Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities
Represent Seeniun Properties at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions
Collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies with company goals
